Nature of the Service

This private reference site is independent of every government office. It stores no official jail, court, release, or corrections files. It cannot verify custody, order a release, post bond, or submit a public-record request for a visitor.

Published pages identify Panola County and Mississippi record sources and may connect visitors with outside research tools. Those links and tools do not turn the site into an official custodian.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors agree to use the site lawfully and without harming people, services, or systems.

• Do not violate federal, state, or local law.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, or harass anyone.
• Do not make hiring, housing, credit, lending, or insurance decisions from site content.
• Do not seek access to accounts, servers, or data without permission.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or another visitor's use.

Fair Credit Reporting Act Limits

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It supplies no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners. By using the site, a visitor agrees not to use its content or linked-tool results for:

• A decision to hire, retain, promote, discipline, or dismiss a worker.
• Tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit.
• Any other purpose covered by the FCRA.

Outside Links Are Independent

Links may lead to release records, sheriff or corrections websites, government portals, legal-aid organizations, and commercial search services. A link is not an endorsement. Panola County Released Inmates is not responsible for an outside site's content, privacy practices, terms, accuracy, or availability. Review the destination's rules before using it.

Service Provided As Is

All content and functions are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or present status of information.
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability.
• Freedom from bugs, errors, or security weaknesses.
• The scope or quality of results from a partner service.

Custody and public records can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Panola County Sheriff's Office, MDOC, a court, or any other agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Panola County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor's use, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless stated otherwise, the original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Panola County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission.

Future Changes

These terms may be revised at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted here, and continued use after posting means acceptance.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Mississippi Law Governs

Mississippi law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction within Mississippi.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
